Reservations:                        With as much advance notice as possible
Deposits:                                 Major credit card to secure the reservation (only charged if you don't show)
Payment Options:                 Cash, Visa, & Mastercard
Cancellations:     

•  Cancellation more than two weeks prior to arrival date - full refund minus $50 processing fee will be returned

•  Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival date - 50% refund minus $50 processing fee will be returned.

    NOTE:  If we can re-rent the room, a 100% refund, minus $50 processing fee will be returned.

•  Cancellation the night of arrival date, or deciding to leave for any reason other than medical emergency or death in the family, no refund or credit will be returned.

Smoking:                                Outside only
Children:                                 Possible with advance notice
Parking:                                  Plentiful
Pets:                                        Possible at Mountain House, though limited to 1 only; not at Bed & Breakfast
