Sunrise Room

The "Sunrise Room" is on
the southeast side of
the house. In the winter
the sun rises right in
your window. 
Later in the year it
doesn't wake you up
quite so early.
This room is really
spacious and has a king
size bed, cathedral
ceiling with fan, and
plenty of windows.
The Sunrise Room
features a private
entrance from the deck
and incredible views of
the mountains. A
color TV, VCR, and a CD
player are provided for
your electronic
enjoyment.
There is a book
shelf with area
flyers, and plenty
of books if you just
want to chill out.
Mountains can be
seen from every
window. It's
kind of like being
in a tree house. A
private entrance
through French
doors, take you to
the deck,
 where
there are lots of
chairs and a hammock
in which to relax
and gaze at the
view.
The bath has a very
large two-person
Jacuzzi, and a
shower.

Hideaway Room
$80/night
+ tax
The spaciousness of the
top level will surprise
you, for upstairs is the
Hideaway Room, complete
with cathedral ceiling
and fan.
Stretch out on the
king-sized bed and have
friends share your
space, since there is
also a three quarter
bed, and a hide-a-bed
couch as well.
The Hideaway Room
could sleep 5-6 people
who were really
good friends. There is a
TV, VCR and CD player.
Woman art and plants
make this room really
warm.
The full bath has a
large Jacuzzi, but
"sorry", no shower.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the room
more than 2 weeks prior
to arrival, a full
refund minus a $50
processing fee will be
returned.
If you cancel the
reservation in 14 days
or less, prior to
arrival date, a 50%
refund minus a $50
processing fee will be
returned. NOTE:
If we are able to
re-sell the room, a 100%
refund minus a $50
processing fee will be
returned.
If you cancel a night,
upon arrival , or decide
to leave for any reason
other than medical or a
death in the family,
there will be no refund
or credit returned to
you.
